HOME TO A VERY SMALL, BUT PAMPERED, HERD OF COLORED ANGORA GOATS, WHITE ANGORA GOATS, NIGORA GOATS + THEIR FOUR "GUARD" ALPACA BUDDIES Here, at Farmhouse Acres, just outside of Parker, Colorado, we breed & raise QUALITY mohair-growing Angora & Nigora goats. Our breeding program is focused on improving both goat breeds in their confirmation, temperment & hand-spinning quality mohair fiber. Our White Angora goats are registered with the American Angora Goat Breeders Assoc. Our goal is to have all our Colored Angora goats, either by inspection or by pedigree, REGISTERED with the Colored Angora Goat Breeders Association. Our Nigora goats are a a recent interest after discovering the light, soft & fine colored fiber they produce. The Nigora goats are a cross between the Angora and the Nigerian Dwarf (miniature dairy goat with terrific temperment & lots of colors). We have our alpaca's for "protection" of our goats and of course, we enjoy their beautiful fleeces. We sell: White and naturally colored Mohair fleeces, Hand-Spun Mohair & Alpaca yarn, Hand-Knitted Mohair / Alpaca products, Registered White Angora Goats, Registered Colored Angora Goats & Nigora Goats.
Services Offered: Our bucks are available for breeding ($60 breed fee.) We do charge an additional daily board fee if the visiting doe stays longer than 3 days. GOAT SALES POLICY: We ask for a 50% deposit when reserving a goat for purchase with the balance due upon pick-up. When selling kids, we like to keep them on their mom's at least 4 months.
